Wendy R. Weidenbaum formed Weidenbaum Development & Associates, Inc. in 2003. Wendy brings over 15 years of leadership, management and team development experience, as well as organizational consulting to her clients.

Wendy has a strong record of driving strategic organizational change and building high performing organizations. Wendy has assisted organizations, teams and leaders involved in undergoing significant change to develop the capabilities, practices and skills required for success in today's business environment.


Her expertise includes:

  • Leadership and Management Development includes designing and instructing management skills training programs, providing executive coaching, facilitating team building interventions, and developing and executing high potential programs
  • Professional Skills Development includes developing and instructing customized business specific programs, such as time management, presentation skills, facilitation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Human Resources Practices includes developing and implementing 360-degree feedback processes, performance management, succession planning, executive on-boarding plans, and diversity initiatives

Wendy was Senior Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development for Global Markets and International at Banc of America Securities, where she served as a consultant to senior leaders on executive development, organization performance, talent planning, and other human resources issues.

Additionally, she has held positions with global organizations for diverse industries such as financial services, consumer products, healthcare and hospitality. Some of these organizations have included JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, Sara Lee, Unilever and New York Presbyterian Hospital.

She holds a B.S. in Education from Boston University and has a Masters degree from Columbia University. Wendy has spoken at national and international conferences for the Conference Board, Linkage and ASTD. Wendy is a member of various professional organizations and resides in Edison, N.J.
