Leadership Development

We design and facilitate leadership development programs for leaders and high potential leaders to gain both strategic, business and personal style insights. This can be accomplished through off-site leadership meetings; promotion meetings, mentoring programs, or real-time business learning team opportunities

Time-limited, one-on-one strategic executive coaching is offered to leverage the strengths and increase effectiveness of newly promoted, high potential or existing leaders.

Transitions for new leaders can be difficult. Only four out of ten new leaders succeed within the first 18 months on the job. New leaders need to build strong internal and client relationships and understand how to navigate around the potential cultural pitfalls. Weidenbaum Development will work with your new leader - whether new to the organization or newly promoted - to provide a smooth transition period. Specific tactics may include designing a 90 to 180 day action plan, providing team building for the new team, and coaching on specific leadership styles.
