Producer/Managers or Player/Coaches have one thing in common; all want to spend 80% of their time (on average) with their clients and only 20% of their time managing their employees. When managers become more efficient and effective with their people skills, they are able to spend more time producing revenue and working with clients. Two training programs, Giving and Receiving Feedback and Non-financial Incentives for Retention, provide techniques to help managers get back to what they do best - produce revenue. These programs are two to three hours in length.
