Wendy holds a B.S. in Education from Boston University and has a master’s degree from Columbia University. She is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. Wendy has her Professional Coaching Certificate issued jointly by Baruch College and iCoachNewYork. She is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, ESCI, DISC and Firo-B psychological instruments.

Wendy is frequently asked to speak at national and international conferences on such topics as change management, talent management and the human side of mergers and acquisitions. She presents on “Getting Promoted,” “Networking” and “Getting Unstuck” at the Financial Women’s Association.
TEACHING AND PUBLISHED ARTICLES
Wendy serves as an adjunct professor at NYU teaching leadership classes such as “Management Strategy and Communication” and “High Impact Decision Making.” Wendy is the co-author of several articles including “Managing Talent When You Would Rather Be Managing Your Business” and “Assimilating New Employees to Manage Your Risk.”
