Weidenbaum Development & Associates, Inc. is a boutique management development consulting firm that provides customized advisory and skill-building services to leaders and teams across industries. Our services help executives identify roadblocks and unlock potential within themselves and their teams. For over a decade, we have worked with clients in the financial services, technology, consumer retail, healthcare and many other industries on issues ranging from building influence to navigating conflict to change management.

Meet Wendy R. Weidenbaum

Wendy is a behavioral change artist who helps leaders optimize and expand their mindset, skillsets, and behaviors. In every engagement, she starts with a blank canvas, asks searching questions, listens to the responses, reads between the lines, and ultimately helps her clients arrive at a more profound and nuanced understanding of themselves and the situation, as well as of the steps they can take to achieve their goals. 

Throughout this process, Wendy draws on her significant experience in executive and career coaching, as well as on her previous corporate experience. She combines this experience with a great deal of empathy and intuition, yet does not shy away from direct conversations. According to many of her clients, the hallmark of Wendy’s services is her never-faltering energy.

Wendy has her Professional Coaching Certificate issued jointly by Baruch College and iCoachNewYork. She is certified in Myers-Briggs, ESCI (emotional intelligence), DISC, CSI (change and transition management), and FIRO-B psychological instruments. Her clients are in financial services, media and publications, advertising, software technologies, and entrepreneurial enterprises.

Prior to the launch of Weidenbaum Development, Wendy held senior positions within global organizations for industries such as education, financial services, consumer products, and healthcare. These organizations included JPMorgan Chase, Sara Lee, and Unilever. Wendy holds a B.S. from Boston University and has a master’s degree from Columbia University. She is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and for more than a decade facilitated the Management Strategy and Communication class at NYU.

Meet Lois

Lois has been working with Weidenbaum Development & Associates since 2014. In addition to her office management and administrative duties, she provides editorial support and serves as meeting producer for virtual team coaching sessions and workshops. We like to refer to Lois as Chief Catalyst Officer!
