Leadership Skill-Building Workshops
To drive results, alignment, and enterprise thinking, what specific skills do you need?
How are you developing these skills?
Our leadership skill-building workshops have taught leaders to navigate environments demanding a broader and more nuanced leadership toolkit – with an emphasis on influence over “command and control.” All sessions are highly interactive and teach the fundamentals of leadership and management from different angles, such as determining the difference between leading and managing, having difficult conversations, providing open and candid feedback, and constructively working through conflict.
Leadership requires judgment; taking accountability and holding others accountable is essential. In our workshops, participants will grapple with challenging and ambiguous situations without simple or comfortable solutions. Some of our workshops include:
Driving Influence and Collaboration Across the Enterprise
Driving Value-Add Decisions
Running Effective Meetings
Delegating: Getting Work Done Through Others
Providing and Receiving Powerful Feedback
Establishing Resilience
Our workshops are offered in both face-to-face and virtual settings.
